This recording is a grounding technique that I have found to be extremely powerful. So what exactly is grounding? Grounding is something we all do at various times during the day and night throughout our lives. Have you ever heard a loud sound and you jumped about a mile? This is an example of being ungrounded. Have you ever heard a loud sound and not flinched at all? This is an example of being grounded. To be grounded is not about “good” or “bad.” It’s simply a state of being. However, if you want to create something in your life, especially something important to you, it’s best if you do it from a grounded state. Once you learn a powerful grounding technique such as this one, you can apply it in an instant! In fact, many people have had the experience of grounding themselves instantaneously when they needed it, but they weren’t consciously aware of what they were doing, so they might not be able to do it at another time.
