After you've purchased an audio session simply click on the link that we provide to you to download and listen to a HypnoFreedom session directly from your computer. We recommend wearing headphones to help keep your focus. If you are purchasing a script or induction, we will also provide the link that you can click on to download the pdf directly to your desktop.

Click on the link provided after you have made your purchase and then indicate where on your hard drive you would like to download the files. PC Users: You may have your system configured to either automatically download your audio file to a specified location, or it may have a prompt window pop up, asking you where you'd like your file saved. Mac Users: If your system automatically starts to play the audio file, pause it and allow it to fully load, and then hit the "option" button on your keyboard as you click on the down arrow on the right side of the audio menu.  A pop up window will ask you if you'd like to save as a QuickTime movie. Select this option, and then it should start to download. Please contact us if you have any further difficulty and we'd be happy to assist you.

You can also burn a cd from your personal computer and then listen to your HypnoFreedom session on a compact disk player so that you can experience HypnoFreedom from the comfort of your bed, sofa, and out in nature. Please do not listen to these relaxation sessions while operating a car. Again, we recommend using quality headphones to get the best experience possible.
